Transformer varnishes: After the transformer winding phase is completed, it is used to protect from external factors, to provide electrical isolation in the systems where transformers are located, and to reduce the sound and vibration that occurs during the use of transformers.

It is frequently used in transformer types such as Small and Medium Voltage Transformers, Shunt Reactors, Voltage Regulator Transformers, Choke Coils and adds value to the final product depending on the varnish type used.

We can examine transformer varnish types under 2 general headings:

Air Drying Transformer Varnishes:

These types of varnishes dry with the humidity of the air. They are generally used in transformers with low voltage current.

They can be applied by dipping, pouring and gun.

They can be produced in all color types and as concealer/transparent in line with the demands of our customers.

It has F class (155) degree isolation value.

Oven Dry Transformer Varnishes:

This type of oven varnish is known as oven cured or oven varnish. Unlike air-drying varnishes, they are cured by heat.

The biggest features of this type of products can be produced as polyester – epoxy – polyurethane upon the requests of the customers.

Another feature of kiln-dry varnishes is their hard (bony), resistant to chemical and field conditions after firing.

In this way, they provide high protection especially outdoors or in environments with high cold and hot changes.

It is produced as Class F ( 155) and Class H ( 180) degrees for general use. Color is transparent yellow. However, many manufacturers make many “special” requests such as color, density, film thickness, gloss, according to their customers and production standards. Such requests are carefully listened to by our company. Our customers are offered the products they want, in the form of packaging they want.
